Wheat barn

Wheat bran is obtained from the husk of the wheat grain, following the partial extraction of the endosperm (flour body) from preselected white wheat varieties. Depending on the hardness, wheat bran can be used both for animal feed and for the food industry. On request, both soft, medium and hard wheat bran can be supplied, indicated according to the end use.

Applications: 

  • animal feed (cattle, pigs, sheep, horses, goats, rabbits and birds), mixed cereals, nutritional bars, cakes, biscuits, bread, drinks

  • Crude protein: 12%-15%
  • Carbohydrate content: 15%
  • Crude fat: 4%
  • Nutritive plant fibers for ruminants: cellulose, lignin, hemicellulose

Wheat flour

The quality of the dough depends a lot on the type of flour used in its preparation. The gluten content, which gives elasticity to the dough, differs depending on the type of milling. Thus, for a fluffy dough, you will use a flour with a high gluten content and for a crispy crust, you will use a flour with lower gluten content. Because the food industry is extremely diversified, we offer the most popular types of flour, originating from the Republic of Moldova: 000, 650 and 550.

Applications: 

  • 550 flour: bread, pizza, cakes, tarts, biscuits, muffins, pie sheets, croissants (all purpose)
  • 650 flour: leavened doughs and elastic doughs
  • 000 flour: cakes, tarts, creams
