  2. The products presented on the evertrade.ro website are accompanied by certificates of origin.
  3. In exceptional situations, some products cannot be ordered, due to the lack of stock of our providers.
  4. The prices can be found by submitting a request for an offer through the buttons displayed on the website with the text “Request an offer” and “Send form”, by phone contact, email or at our company headquarters.
  5. The products can only be ordered after placing an order and receiving a confirmation from Ever Trade SRL. Orders cannot be placed and confirmed through the website, but only by phone, email or directly at our company headquarters.
  6. Promotions and special offers sometimes have special terms, which will be presented on special pages on the website.

  3. Ever Trade SRL is not responsible for any loss, costs, lawsuits, claims, expenses or other liabilities, if these are directly caused by non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
  4. Ever Trade SRL reserves the right to insert advertising banners of any nature and/or links on any page of the website, in compliance with the legislation in force.
