Our portfolio consists of extremely versatile and useful cereal grain varieties in the food and fodder industry. All cereal grains originate from the Republic of Moldova and Ukraine.
Wheat
Being the most cultivated plant in the world, wheat has an undeniable value in the food industry.
That is why, on request, we offer both common wheat, also known as baker’s wheat (all quality groups), but also pasta wheat, famous for its hardness, high protein content, deep yellow color, nutty taste and excellent for baking.
Applications: cakes, beverages, biscuits, bread, nutrition bars, animal feed, processing and obtaining flour and semolina
Characteristics:
- maximum humidity level: 12%;
- protein content: 10-16%;
- the amount of impurities in grain – up to 15% (for fodder wheat)
- the presence of vitamins B and E

Corn
Widely used in the starch, spirit and food industries, corn is a grain available in many forms – grits, barn, kernels, flour, meal, etc.
If it is used as feed for farm animals, it is especially recommended to be used for young animals as the amount of fiber in corn makes the absorption of vitamins and minerals more efficient.
Most of our customers request corn kernels, but upon request, the Ever Trade team will provide customised offers suitable for any industry and application.

Barley
Barley is known for its rich content of amino acids (isoleucine, cystine, valine, lysine), protein, cellulose, vitamin D, E and B, calcium, phosphorus, zinc, sugar and starch.
For this reason, our customers especially order hulled barley for feeding young farm animals and poultry.
Barley suitable for the food industry can also be supplied on request.

Rapeseed
The high amino acid complex that favors lactation in animals and the high protein content, about 33% recommend rapeseed as fodder for feeding cattle.

Sunflower
Sunflower seeds are a well-known source of healthy fats, vegetarian protein, fiber and antioxidants, as a result, they are frequently used in the food industry. Most often, they are used for oil extraction and as an ingredient in food manufacturing.
